Rules for using our apartment selection service.

1. Provider

nyrovelia.com LLC, EDRPOU 23109519, 7 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Registered: Law of Ukraine 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations' No. 755-IV; we act under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

2. Our agency role

We are an intermediary between clients and owners or landlords. We do not own the apartments, are not a party to the lease and do not guarantee availability, rent or conclusion of a lease.

3. Distance contracts and fees

Before a distance contract we give the full information required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX; our public offer agreement forms part of these Terms. An engagement fee is payable once you accept a selected option and the search starts. Agency commission is due on signing the lease, unless the offer states otherwise. Fees are non-refundable unless the service is not provided.

4. Client obligations and liability

Provide accurate data, attend viewings, do not bypass the agency to avoid commission, and pay on time. We are not liable for owners' acts, premises condition or indirect losses; our liability is limited to the commission paid. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Legal notices

Advertising is clearly identifiable and not misleading (Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR). Personal data is processed with consent (Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI); cookies need prior consent (Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX). You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court (Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX).
